1. Who we are
AZFit (“we”, “us”) runs azfit.app: coaching websites, an athlete app and a coach dashboard, and the AZFit app for iPhone and Android. You can reach us at support@azfit.app.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email and a password, and confirm your email address before your first sign-in. You can turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app for more protection. Keep your email and password secure — whoever has them can sign in. You must be at least 16 to use AZFit.
3. Coaches
Your site, your plans, your prices and your coaching are yours. You are responsible for what you publish, for the training you prescribe, and for having the right to use any logo, photo or text you upload. AZFit is a tool for coaching; it does not give medical advice, and training plans are not a substitute for one.
4. Athletes
You train with a coach you choose. Payments for coaching go to your coach under their terms, not to AZFit — we take no commission. Tell your coach about any injury or condition before you train.
5. AZFit plans
The Free plan covers one athlete. Studio, Pro and Team are paid plans for larger rosters, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars or pounds sterling, plus any tax your country requires. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Moving to a smaller plan lowers your athlete limit and moves a connected domain back to your azfit.app address.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and handles billing questions and returns.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use AZFit to break the law, to send spam, to upload anything you have no right to, or to try to get into accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Services you connect
Strava, Instagram, calendars and watches work through their own terms. Connecting one lets AZFit read what that connection allows; you can disconnect any time.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep AZFit running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change features; we will tell you in advance about changes that matter to how you use or pay for AZFit.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, AZFit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending
You can stop using AZFit and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you break them. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability) do.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
