What you pay
Trainerize prices its Pro plan by client count — $79 a month at 30 clients, $135 at 50 and $225 at 100, billed monthly. Advanced nutrition coaching is a further $45 a month on plans of 30 clients and up, taking payments through Stripe is $10 a month, and a custom-branded app is $169 once plus Apple’s $99 developer fee every year.
| At 50 athletes | A month | What that buys | A year |

| AZFit | $49.99 | Everything above is on the plan | $599.88 ($499.99 paid yearly) |
| Trainerize | $190 | $135 Pro 50 + $45 nutrition + $10 payments | $2,280 |
At 50 athletes that is about $1,680 a year more on Trainerize once nutrition and payments are on, before the branded app.

Where Trainerize is stronger
- A large exercise video library and many years of polish on gym and personal-training workflows.
- Direct integrations with Garmin, Fitbit and Withings as well as Apple Health. AZFit syncs through Apple Health or Health Connect today; direct Garmin, Oura and Strava accounts arrive in Q1 2027.
- Studio plans for gyms with several locations and front-desk tools.
Where AZFit is different
- Nutrition and payments are on the plan, not $55 a month on top.
- Recovery, not just logging. Trainerize stores what clients sync; AZFit reads HRV, resting heart rate and sleep against each athlete’s own baseline and tells you when they are overreaching, with the change to make.
- Zoobia writes the read for you — a weekly brief on every athlete and a note on every completed workout — so a coach with 50 athletes does not open 50 profiles.
- Built for endurance and hybrid athletes as well as the gym: pace and power zones, race predictions, workouts exported to Garmin, Wahoo and Zwift, and load that counts the run and the lift in one number.
Which to choose
Choose Trainerize if you run a gym or studio and live in its exercise library. Choose AZFit if you coach athletes remotely, want nutrition, payments, a website and an app without add-ons, and want the recovery picture done for you.
