Every session — a 3,000 m swim, a 3-hour ride, a threshold run — counts in one load number (minutes × effort), so the acute:chronic ratio shows when the whole week has spiked, not just one sport. Combined with HRV, resting heart rate and sleep, AZFit names the training state and says what to change: hold the block, taper, or deload now.
Fuelling for long days
Long rides and bricks are where races are won or lost on nutrition. For each session AZFit sets carbohydrate per hour (60–90 g with two sources beyond two and a half hours), fluid and sodium during it — more in the heat — and what to put back afterwards, scaled to bodyweight. The morning briefing tells the athlete before they start.

Can athletes ride the session on Zwift?
Yes. Bike sessions export as a .zwo file for Zwift, and every structured session as a .fit file for Garmin and Wahoo.
How is load counted across three sports?
Each session is minutes multiplied by how hard it was (session RPE), so a swim, a ride and a run land in the same number. The 7-day load against the 28-day average shows a spike across the whole week.
Does it cover race-length fuelling?
For sessions over two and a half hours it plans 60–90 g of carbohydrate an hour from two sources, with fluid and sodium raised for heat and duration — the same numbers you would use on race day.
